General Terms, Order and Cancellation Policy
The customer recognise the exclusive validity of On Demand GmbH general terms and conditions.
The terms apply for all orders the buyer places at www.santacruzsnowboards.com online shop. Offerings are solely to purchasers aged 18 or older. Deliveries and Offers shall be effected exclusively on the basis of this terms and conditions.
The presentation of goods on the online shop does not constitute a binding offer to conclude a contract of sale with us. It is a non-binding invitation to order goods from us on the online shop.
If we cannot accept the order or a product is not available we will inform the customer immediately. The paid amount will be returned.
After we receive the order, the buyer will receive an email in which we confirm that we have received his order. This confirmation of receipt does not constitute any acceptance of the purchase offer.
A contract of sale for the goods only comes if we send the goods – without prior express declaration of acceptance – to the buyer.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by email.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exer-cise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract we will let you know to which warehouse location you shall send back the goods. Reimbursement of the paid amount will be until we have received the goods back. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The goods have to be returned in original packing without any damage.
The delivery of ordered goods shall be effected subject to availability of the goods. If they are not available when the order is placed, the buyer will receive a notification about the expected delivery date and we will put the order on hold. Once the goods are in stock, they will be shipped to the buyer without further notifi-cation. In the event of non-availability, in particular because a limited stock marked as such is exhausted, we will inform the buyer. Already rendered payments will then be immediately reimbursed.
Payment
Payment can be done by the offered payment gateway PayPal. It is not necessary to open a PayPal Account. Paypal offers the customer the possibility to pay with Credit Card. The goods shall remain our property until complete payment of the purchase price.
Cancellation Policy
The customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days. The cancellation period is starting from the day the product has been delivered.
Warranty
The buyer’s warranty claims are governed by the statutory sales law provisions.
Should one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, this shall have no effect on the validity of the remaining parts of the terms and conditions.

Beyond that we are not obliged to take part in a dispute resolution process by a consumer arbitration body and will not offer you the participation in such a procedure.
